The first quarter of 2007 resulted in property prices increase in Sevastopol

As the journalist of LIGA Business Inform was said in Academy of Science “Multidom” Department in Sevastopol the price of one square meter of one-room apartment fro sale in Ukraine increased to 5% (from 1305 USD to1377 USD); two-rooms flat – to 2% (1320 USD to1356 USD), three-rooms flat –to 4% (from 1399 USD to1460 USD).

If to look at price tendency according to Ukrainian real estate types: so-called “brezhnevki” – 1.2% gross of one-room flat, two-rooms – 2.3%, tree-rooms flat – 4.4%.

The highest price gross was observed in improved design flats (newly-build houses) for three-rooms flats –5.1% the second is one-room flat –1.4%, three-rooms flat- 0.9% only.

In Sevastopol high buildings three-rooms flats which have 9.5% gross are again in price.

The second is two-rooms flats –6.4% and one-room flats –2.9%.

The company experts don’t observe the high market activity.

The head of Academy of Science “Multidom” Comertial Property Department Svetlana Aksenova explains small price gross in one-room flats segment by their demand mostly by local inhabitants The large flats are in demand in Ukraine region inhabitants and foreigners from near and far countries, they however are always ready to invest namely to the historical center of Sevastopol for example Balaklava.
