Last news indicates the increased intensions of the Ukrainian government to “create more connections to the world” and to improve the situation with the traffic in Ukraine. Several programs as for the building of international airports in Ukraine are ready to be started.

London company “Gratan” is going to make the investments into the reconstruction of the Sevastopil’ airport “Belbek” due to the fact that the quantity of flights continues increasing all the time. Sevatopol administration, local government, Ukrainian company and foreign investors have signed a protocol about the intensions to create a new airport complex “Belbek”. The approximate preliminary quantity of investments into this project concludes $250 mln. The city heads have already carried out several preliminary negotiations with potential investors. It is planned that complete agreements will be reached in the middle of September, when the leaders of the interested companies will come to Sevastopil’. To Nicolai Kravchuk’s mind, the manufacture director of “Belbek”, new changes in the infrastructure of airport have to be made – to create new connection ways, fire-prevention settings, to build new hotels and restaurants.

As well new-moderated airport is going to be built in Lviv. According to the words of Alexandr Suvorov, the director of airports standardization department, the decision was adopted on the 22 of August. It was proclaimed that the current airport is already old and that the new one will match all the international standards. Lviv government is going to build a new airport in 15-20 km from the city border.

The creating of a new airport in Lviv is part of a state program on the development of airports in the largest cities of Ukraine. Now the Cabinet is developing the program “Competitive Ukraine” (the program of government acting from 2007 till 2011), which provides the sums of maximum investments that are attracted from the private investors into the building and reconstruction of the Ukrainian airports. In particular, Lviv airport is going to obtain $126 mln, Doneck airport - $170 mln, Kharkov airport – $45 mln, Dnipropetrivsk airport - $85 mln, Simpheropil airport - $80, Odesa airport - $146 mln, Kyiv airport (Boryspil) - $760 mln.

So if the project is realized, to buy property in Ukraine is going to be an easy process due to the increased connections to the other countries of the world.

With the purpose to make a movement on the main roads of Ukraine easier the Ukrainian government started the program of reconstruction and remodeling the main road to the famous Crimean resort Balaklava. The reconstruction of the main road and creation of two-level highway is going on along the 9-th km of the Balaklava highway. According to the main plan of the city development the current road will be lowered to 6.5 meters. There will be three-enters overpass. Every overpass will have its own cars movement. For example, if you are moving from Balaklava to Sevastoplil, you need to go through the way over the main road. Somebody, who is moving form Yalta to Balaklava will be able to move on the main road and then on the circle road using overpass. The movement from Sevastopil to Balaklava will be the same. The project also provides a road to a cottage region. The costs of all the works include 29.7 mln of grivnas. Last yeat the state budget provided 5 mln to the preparation works. They carried out all the communications and started the building works. By now the expansion of the road is going on, because the main road is supposed to have four lines. When the works on the communications were held three organizations were working on the project. The resetting of the connection cables, fixing of the high voltage lines were carried out. According to the words of the main architect of the Crimean projects “KrimNIOproect” Valeriy Muhin, the building of a new highway to Balaklava is the only beginning of a huge future project.
