The ministers of Transport of UIS agreed to coordinate work on building of auto circle around the Black sea, after the 27-th session of Coordinate transport association of union-countries UIS minister of Transport and Connection in Ukraine Mykola Rudkovskiy has reported, "It was agreed to coordinate the work as for the building of roads round the Black sea that will give the possibility to increase the intensity of trading operations between countries"- he said.

Minister of Transport of Russian Federation Igor Letivin recalled to the journalists that the decision about the building of auto circle road was made last year in Sochi at the conference of ministers of transport of the Black sea cooperation.

According to Litvin words in order to reach the goal every country "has to find in its own budget the ability to transferthese roads into the roads of the first class level". He didn't mention the terms and level of sponsoring of determined building.

He admitted that today every country is planning this, due to their demands, as every country has different condition of their roads. As well he said that unfortunately for today there is no country round the Black sea that can boast with its fine roads.

Minister of transport of Russia also admitted that previously in Bulgaria at the meeting of ministers of transport of Europe and UIS the decision to create a railway circle inside the Black sea, so that Varna, Illichivsk, Caucasus, Poti and Turkey were connected.
