State committee in the land resources of Ukraine steps forth the liberalization for the sale of the lands of non-agricultural purpose usage for the foreign investors.

It was reported by the head of Goskomzem Volodymyr Voevodin in the interview for the weekly "Business".

"Yes, we plan to introduce changes into the cl.82 of Land Code, which will expand the circle of persons able to get the ownership right for the land areas"-specialists admit.

Thus they added that such Ukrainian property for sale will be provided not only for business activities.

Voevodin also added that in the case of introduction of changes into the cl. 82 of Land Code the foreign investors will be able to participate in the auctions without permission of the Cabinet of Ministers.
