
Kyiv city state administration has proclaimed a decision to limit traffic on eight streets and on Southern Bridge of Kyiv from June 5 till 12, 2009 says a statement made by the Kyivavtodor municipal corporation.
In particular, partially traffic is restricted in the night of June 5-6 on the Southern Bridge ramp towards the right bank, along Vatutin Avenue from the bridge across Desenka to Bratyslavska Street, by Brovarskyi Avenue from the Livoberezhna metro station toward the town of Brovary, along Peremohy Avenue from the Povitroflotskyi overpass to Vasylevska Street.
Traffic also will be restricted in daytime along Peremohy Prospect on June 7-8 and along Brovarskyi Avenue on June 12, 2009.
In daytime traffic will be limited on June 6 along Kharkivske Highway from Rosiyska Street to the Kharkivska Square, along 50-Richchia Zhovtnia Avenue from the Borschahivskyi overpass to Hnat Yura Avenue. Traffic limiyed to enable Kyivavtodor carry out running renovation of roads.
As Ukrainian News earlier reported, Kyiv municipal state administration decided to repair fifty-four roads in the city in 2009.
On June 7-8, traffic will be restricted along Kudria Street from Lesya Ukrainka Boulevard to Patrik Lumumba Street; on June 8, along Demiyivska Street from Chervonozorianyi Avenue to Uzhhorodska Street; in the night of June 8-12, along Big Belt Road from Kotelnykov Street to the Elektronmash plant.
Kyiv city state council in March 2009 agreed the city budget for 2009 with revenues of 18.200 billion of hryvnias and spending of 18 200 billion of hryvnias. The city budget for 2009 envisages spending of 392 million hrn on transport, road economy, communications, telecommunications and other necessary technologies. |
