The Price Department at the Kyiv City State Administration offered to set up new tariffs on public transport: 2 hryvnias ( about 0.40 USD) for subway (comparing to 0.50 hryvnias ( about 0.10 USD), and 1.5 (0.30 USD) hryvnias for other types of public transport.

According to the data reported, Price Department head Vasyl Yastrubynsky noted this to journalists on Wednesday.

According to his words, a respective draft resolution will be worked out and placed at the official web site of Kyiv authorities in the nearest days.

Vasyl Yastrubynskiy mentioned that if the resolution is adopted, it comes into force in a month. Thus, the tariffs will grow as early as in November.
