According to the results of investigations held by the developers company "Europe" there is a new tendency in Kyiv of preference of suburb Ukrainian property to the city one.
It is said in the message of press-service of the company. Regarding the results of investigations held in Kyiv and estimations by the specialists, it can be concluded that demand for the out-of-city real estate in Ukraine in the price rate from 150 000 to 300 000 USD for the owning of house will increase by 25-30% per year.
According to words of director of DC "Europe" Oleg Belinskiy 15% of interviewed people willing to purchase apartment in Kyiv seriously face the possibility of buying a suburb area Ukrainian real estate.
For the last several years, Belinskiy is adding, the customers had the row of disagreements to the current offer on the property market in Kyiv: high growth for the primary city property for sale in Ukraine, quick ageing of existing capital residential fund and not less high growth of prices for it. As a result of abovementioned reasons many customers had a large desire to seek for the alternative of current propositions.
