Despite of forecasts by a number of analytics the prices for property in Kiev and many other main resort and administrative cities of Ukraine are continuing to increase. As regard this Ukrainians like to joke: " slowly but confidently!"

There is a price slackening now in Kiev for large-scale properties, but this doesn't concern "elite class" properties at that. Noticeable movement can be observed in the category of "social property" in other words, small apartments are being easily sold out. But the price increase for land around Kiev area breaks all records indeed. The temps of raise pass ahead the average price increase in Kiev.

Crimea and Carpathians have especially started "moving" during the last month. The season activity is becoming really visible.

Particularly many customers are going to less developed and assimilated regions. This is a remote zone few kilometers from the Crimean coast and deepened part of Carpathians. There are still many interesting "cheapes" there.
