
The analysts from Erste Group recommend investing into developer and building companies of Southern-Eastern Europe. At the same time they recommend to treat carefully the companies the additional price of which increases exclusively using attraction of credit funds.
From the beginning of 2007 dynamics of growth of European property market has significantly lower rates than the one of world market. The experts point on the fact that till 2007 the European market of property used to develop very quickly. Hence the process of remove from the actives of companies, both with good and bad financial indexes, was the start point for the correction at the market. Thus, by now while the ending of correction a good possibility for the investor to enter this sector appears.
After the companies working on the property market in the countries of Eastern and Central Europe failed to bring a significant income, Erste Bank recommends paying special attention to the companies, which focused on the private projects. As well analysts recommend paying attention to the efficiency of management, that is one of the key factors of increasing of companies cost at the property market.
Estimating seven of the largest companies of Central and Eastern Europe NAV (Net asset value) the analysts of bank concluded that three of them - GTC, Immoeast and Orco - have the best financial indexes and the highest potential for growth. According to these companies bank gave the recommendation to BUY. As well for such companies as CA Immo International, ECM, ECO Business-Immobilien that are presented in the bank reports, the recommendations are to ACCUMULATE.
According to the report for today stock of the Austrian companies that are in trade are unappreciated as for their fundamental indexes, and that is why a very high potential for growth is present. This is also approved by the fact that companies-analogues, which work at the property market of Central and Eastern Europe, are estimated higher than Austrian companies. |
