Vivex Capital Group, a Ukrainian-Polish investment company that deals with information and Internet technologies, announced late in February that it has launched a property consultancy in Ukraine called ARPA Real Estate.
The group claims that its new property consultancy will give new levels of service, innovation and standards to Ukraine's property market.
At a press conference, Pavlo Levchuk, director of Vivex in Ukraine, noted the new consultancy is built up from an experienced staff which wants to "change the market" for the better. He added that the new property consultancy is managed by professionals with more than 10 years of experience.
Meanwhile, Mykhailo Artyukhov, the founder and managing director of ARPA Real Estate, admitted: "Despite the economic downturn, political instability in Ukraine and unpredictable nature of the property market, Vivex believes in us and as a result, property buyers and sellers will soon gain access to contemporary realtor technologies."
ARPA Real Estate's press secretary, Olga Vaganova, and property expert Artur Oganesian, were also present at the press conference. |
