Project of Class A trading-office center "Diamond city" was developed by the local organization "Nice-project" according to order of the Investment building corporation Avantazh.

The 12-storied building with total area 9100 m2 will be located on the plot with area of 0.53 ha in a prestige business center of Kharkiv city - on the cross of Lenin prospect and Otakara Yarosha St, close to metro station "Botanical garden". As manager in the connections with publicity of the company Avantazh Yana Chumak said one of the entrances to the building is projected right from the underground just like the capital's Metrograd.

The basic floor and the first floors will possess trading premises with total area of 1500 m2. Food court (315 m2) will be located on the first floor. Here one can appear through office part of the building and from the shops. From the second and to the 10-thf floors of the Ukrainian property offices of the opened lay out will be located. It's area will include from 100 to 1000 m2.

On the 11-th and 12-th floors there will be technical premises. According to the words of the representatives of the corporation the object will be heated autonomously, from gas boilers established on the roof. The source of the energy supplying will be own transformation substation.

It was reported that currently the search of potential renters of the "Diamond city" is held. The prices will be from 33 USD per 1m2 for offices and 45 USD per 1 m2 for the stores. The object is planned to be put into operation in the next year.
Approximate cost is 35 mln of EUR.
