New 2008 year predicts high income. Bankers promise revaluation of hryvnya, change of prices for gold and even strengthening of Dollar rate.

Brokers are sure that income from the investment this year will be not lower than previous one. And realtors rub their hands with hope to earn on the growth of prices of the suburb Ukrainian property and land. Should we believe that?

Making conclusions as for the last year we were sincerely happy for those who were able to earn much. And there are many of them. 2007 year was really fruitful - the income from stocks reached 204% from investments, gold investment - 30-70%, investments in Euro - 17-22%, Ukrainian real estate - 15-30%.

High indexes of income couldn't be spoilt even by high inflation rate (according to the State Committee of Statistics - 16.6%, according to the estimation of independent experts customer's basket grew in price by 22%). The main booming factor of growth became extreme growth of fund market. The significant role was played by the growth of prices for gold (approximately by 30% per year), as well as Euro rate to hryvnya (by 12% per year).

Let's remind that concluding results of 2007 year exceeded even the most brave forecasts of experts. All of them definitely predicted the growth of securities but didn't expect the funds with conservative strategy of investing to bring more than 30-50% per annum.

We can say with confidence: those who had invested money correctly could double or even treble their capital - there were some corrections on the fund market, currency or gold rate fluctuations, hence they didn't influence the annual indexes.

New Year can bring us new surprises. Experts wait for the continuing of growth of fund market, strengthening of Dollar, increase of prices for the suburb Ukrainian property for sale, as well as for land.
