Suburb area Ryasne – in 6.4%, to 961 USD per m2. The prices were increased due to gossip that starting from New Year the property sale will be covered with tax – 36 year-old manager of Lviv agency “Estate Exclusive” Eugeniy Mischanchuk says.
Small Ukrainian real estates with area of 22m2 on Ivana Polyuya St. are sold per 30.000 USD. During 2006 the prices have increased in 30-35% and they will not fall in the nearest time, the specialists in the field of property admitted. Agency “Expert Rating” has carried out an independent investigation and made a conclusion that Lviv property in general has increased in price only for 19%. One square meter of the Lviv real estate in the Lychakiv district has fallen in price for 2.7%, and for 1.9% near the bus station on the Striy St.
