
The market of the Ukrainian property for sale is pretty stable as it loses its value in the world in last turn. It was reported by the president of the Association of the specialists in the Ukrainian real estate Andriy Shulga.

According to the words of vice-president of the union "All-Ukrainian union of producers of building materials" Ivan Saliya such prices increases without any reason includes 49% of the cost for the property. And at the level of the cost of building materials the final prices can be decreased only by 10-15%.
Besides, a significant increase of demand over the proposition plays not in the benefit of prices falling. As in 2007 0.22 m2 of the property were built per 1 Ukrainian (0.2 m2 per Kyivan, and only 0.08 m2 per the citizen of Donbas) that is in five times less than the European norm. So, now at the exit from the crisis the property still will keep growing in price, realtors and builders assure.
Despite of the optimism of the specialists, the Ukrainians are ready to rent up to 30% from the primary price for the apartment, if there is a potential buyer. And in Zaporizhzhya, somewhere even for 40%. |
