Kyiv regional soviet approved general plan of the second transport circle around the capital

This moment was awaited for about three years - from the moment of the work started over the project of Large circle road. By now in order to start building it is necessary to finish last project works, to get finances from the budget and to determine the route of highway. Yes, this is not a misprint. Genplan of the highway is present, hence how it will go nobody knows.

The state authorities will have to struggle with private owners, ecologists and even head of local administrations for every piece of land. And power authorities do understand that.

There will be problems with land allotment. There is a possibility that as a result the highway will look as winding river.

They say the circle road will be very winding - said in the Institute "Ukrgiprodor", specialists of which developed the project of highway. If to agree with everybody whose interests touch the circle road there will be nothing well about that.

That is why state hinted local administrations to be more severe, to develop plan of action as for the removal of the Ukrainian property (land) for the building of road and objects of road service.
