
In January-April 2007 the indicated yield of the Ukrainian population has been increased for 25.5% comparing to the same period of 2006, press-service of Ministry of Labour and Social politics reported.
Thus according to its data the income counting on one person in April 2007 exceeds the index of April 2006 in 25.5%, and in 60.7% - than index from April 2005.
The ratio between the indicated yields with the living wage in average for one person in April 2007 contained 135.5% and 120% for the same period 2006 and 104.6% - in April 2005.
As the press-service admits the growth of all income kinds has been undertaken firstly due to the increase of the main states guarantees - minimal salary rate, minimal pension size, different social help services.
The government is carried out the actions as for the increase of minimum salary that from the April 2007 was 420 hrn, that is in 12% larger comparing to July 2006 (375 hrn), and in 35% larger than in July 2005.
The index of ratio between minimum salary and living wage: if in July 2005 this index was 68%, than in April 2007 - 75%, and till the end of the year it is predicted to be raised to 81%. From the 1 January 2009 minimum salary is compared to the living wage for the people able to work.
The salary of staff workers from July 2006 till April 2007 increased in 13.5% and concluded in April 2007.
The rates of the growth of real salary for 2006 included 118.3%, and for January-April of current year was 111.9%.
As the Ministry of Labour mentions from 1 April 2007 from the time Ukraine got the independence the minimal size of pension exceeded the living wage for the unable to work people.
The average size of pension for today increased in 16% comparing to 2006 and for 36% comparing to 2005.
The real pension in June 2007 increased in 15.6% comparing to October 2006, and in the same period of 2005-2006 in 9.3%. The press-service admits that the level of inflation in 2007 increases very slowly comparing to the previous years. The index of prices from the beginning of the year (April-May) was only 101.9% against 102.8% for the same period of 2006 and 105.7% in 2005. |
