According to the words of the head of resorts and tourist option of the Bahchisaray regional state administration – Nikolai Bir – it will be founded on the slope of plateau Ai-Petri in the area of the village Sokolinoe.

3 long high quality ski ways and ski lift with the length of 1100 m will be set up there. Bir admitted that the establishment of the ski lift was planned to be realized at the beginning of October, so that it could be ready to the New Year holidays.

But due to the delaying with documents certification the works are planned to be started in spring. According to the project of the ski resort town for hunting and auto camping are going to be built. As well the high class golf course is going to be created on the territory of this resort. The total price of the resort is to be about 1 mln of USD. The building process is provided by the investors.
