
At the secondary real estate market of Kyiv the cost of sales of 1-3 room flats in October 2009 grew by 2.02, or 31 USD – to 1567 USD per 1 m2.

As it was said, for the determined period Darnitskiy district was the cheapest one with average index of 1171 USD per 1m2, the most expensive was Pecherskiy district, where the average price of sale was 2554 USD per 1 m2.
According to the company data for the reported period the growth of price of 1 m2 of real estate was fixed in Goloseevo district – by 2.26% (35 USD)- to 1584 USD, Obolon district – by 2,75% (42 USD) – to 1564 USD, Solomenskiy district – by 2,92% (41 USD) – to 1432 USD, Podilskiy district – by 2,59% (37 USD) – to 1448 USD, Darnitskiy district – by 2,19% (25 USD) – to 1171 USD, Desnyanskiy district – by 2,43% (29 USD) – to 1208 USD/ m2, Shevchenkovskiy district – by 2,25% (45 USD) – to 2062 USD, Dniprovskiy district – by 2,78% (34 USD) – to 1253 USD and Svyatoshinakiy district – by 3,59% (45 USD) – to 1306 USD.
At the same tine the property price in the capital in October decreased in the Pecherskiy district
- by 0,35% (9 USD) – to 2554 USD/m2.
In the company they admit that all the prices match the results of real bargains.
At the secondary property market in Kyiv the average price of sales of 1-3 room apartments in the third quarter of current year grew by 2,77%, or 41 USD, – to 1536 USD/m2. |
