Kyiv city state administration has transferred about 70 hectares of land in Puscha-Vodytsia for permanent use by the Fortetsia complex (The Fortress) leaded by the Internal Ministry of Ukraine.

A land site at 85A, Vyshgorodska Street in Obolonsky district has been allocated for the managing and maintenance of a rehabilitation complex, reconstructing separate buildings and facilities due to a transfer to the Fortetsia complex of special objects to the internal ministry under an internal ministry order of September 16, 2009.

The land site includes 2.5 hectares of protective foreshore areas and 1.4 hectares of water areas.
