
The Kyiv City Council has sold 5 land sites with a total area of 5.9 hectares for UAH 77 million.
According to the decision of the Kyiv City Council as of October 9 a land lot with a total size of 4.38 hectares at 17-19 Degtiarivska Street in the Shevchenkivskiy district of Kyiv was sold for UAH 45 million to the Monolit Building Union for construction administrative and office complex with entertainment facilities.
Two land sites were sold to JSC Dniprianka: a land site with a total size of 0.8 hectares for UAH 18.9 million at 23 Suleyman Stalskiy Street in Dniprovskiy district of Kyiv to operate a food storehouse, along with a land site with a total size of 0.6 hectares for UAH 10.5 million at 17 Marko Cheremshyna Street in the same district.
The Kyiv City Council also sold 0.18 hectares of land for UAH 3.3 million on the Kyiv-Chernihiv highway to entrepreneur Volodymyr Yevtukh to construct a special recreation territory.
A land lot of 0.03 hectares at 5 Khreschatyk Street in Pechersk district was sold for UAH 1.3 million to Graal Ltd. to construct the Stolychniy office and hotel complex. |
