Kyiv is not an exception and is going to reach the level of its Western neighbors very quickly. This city doesn't possess a lot of scyscrappers, but some of the buildings are pretty high for the Kyivans.
Kreschatik is the main street of the city that attracts foreign tourists day by day. It is one of the most pretty and historical places in the capital of Ukraine. This charming street was decided to be selected for building of one of the most high buildings in Kyiv - hotel-business complex.
The problem of experimental projecting and building of this object was discussed on scientific-technical meeting in Ministry of regional development and building in Ukraine.
As it was reported in press-service of Ministry on the basis of presented data it was decided to consider this building technically possible, so that building of high building at the adress Kreschatik 5 could take place.
Members of Ministry recommended Kyiv state city administration to increase the development and aprovement of the scheme of building.
Problems as for the experimental projecting and building of medicinal, administrative complexes and multistoried buildings in Kyiv were submitted to the Ministry decision.
