According to the words of general architect of the scheme of the capital skyscrapers placement Valentin Shtolko, Kiev plans to organize so called internal and outside circles of high Ukrainian real estates. The internal circle, according to the project, will not touch the historical zone where the building of the houses of more than 20 floors is forbidden. It will pass such districts as Telychka, Lybisdka square, Protasov Yar, Sevastopil Square, Karavaevy Dachi, Shulyavka, Dorohozhychi, Petrovka, Rybalski peninsula, Poznyaky and Osokorky.

The outside circle is projected on the entering highways to Kiev. Here will be large general centers. The height of the buildings will depend on landscape and will vary from 40 to 70 floors.

As well the authors of the scheme propose to build skyscrapers in Troeschina, in the area of Darnitsa railway station and in Bortnichi. According to the project the row of skyscrapers will be located out of the zone of airline corridors.

Estimating that now in the capital more than 30 experimental houses with the height of 35 floors are being built, the quantity of skyscrapers will be increased in three times.
