With the coming of autumn, the demand for housing increased by only 4% and on land - by 23-25%. The beginning of September for the real estate market, though marked by a slight increase in activity, but projected a significant jump earlier has not happened yet. Thus, the number of proposals for the sale of housing in the most popular economy segment, compared to August, increased only by 18-20%. Demand for it has grown even smaller - by 3-4%.
A similar situation is observed in other price segments. For example, in the middle segment growth rates number of supply and demand were 10-12% and 5-7% respectively, in the premium class - 7-8% (the demand has remained the same as in summer). As for the the land market, the number of proposals for the sale of land in Kiev in early September increased by 23-25%. But in the Kiev region growing number of proposals were significantly lower. Thus, the number of proposals for different parts of the special purpose changed as follows:
- cottages and gardens - has increased by 8-12%;
- land for agriculture - increased by 7-8%;
- plots for low-rise residential development - has decreased by 5-7%.
Thus, any significant changes in the dynamics of the real estate market autumn offensive has not yet yielded. |
