Kyiv city state administration considers the necessity to introduce fee for the entrance into the center of city starting from 2008.

This news was proclaimed at the press-conference by vice-head of city head Irena Kiltchytska.
"We face the problem and it is predictable that in one year entrance to the center of the city will be not for free"-she says.

In her opinion the minimal terms that will permit to introduce these changes will be July-August 2008.

Thus she didn't exclude that this introduction can be prolonged.

She admitted that in many of the European capitals payment fee for the entrance of center of the city is a usual event.
