EBRD Will Give 250 Million USD Loan to Ukraine Exports-Imports Bank

The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development will provide Ukraine’s state Exports-Imports Bank, known as Ukreximbank, a 250 million of USD loan to spur lending, was reported by Bloomberg.
The EBRD has plans to give the two-year planned loan to Kyiv-based Ukreximbank, the London-based lender admitted in an e-mailed statement currently. The parties hope to complete the agreement by early next week, according to the statement.
The EBRD that supports with loans that help develop market-oriented economies, reported in February it is ready to give more than 500 million Euros tn the Ukrainian bank industry this year.
Ukraine’s hryvnia keeps growing vs U.S. dollar
The hryvnia’s value versus the U.S. dollar has grown to 7,6115/7,6560 hryvnias at the inter-bank market of Ukraine on Monday.
The hryvnia’s value vs the Russian ruble has grown to 0,2355/0,2375 hryvnias, according to InterBusinessConsulting company.
The hryvnia’s value vs the euro has also grown to 10,2435/10,2890. |
