Ukr.-“Hello guys!”

The representatives of the highest selling British broadsheet newspapers with a certified average daily circulation of about 1 mln – “Telegraph”, “The Sunday Telegraph”, “Gardian”, “Express Finance and Property”, “Independent and Homes Overseas Magazine”, “Mail on Sunday Property”, “Observer Property/Cash”, “The Times Bricks and Mortar supplement”, “Erna Low Property” for the first time visited lands of the Ukrainian Boykivschina. These professional journalists plunged into the world of real Ukrainian nature and wonderful world of the Ukrainian property.

 This important and quite interesting meeting was organized by the common British-Ukrainian enterprise “Hanroc Developments – UAProperty (Alex Abramovich)”, leading company at the scene of the operations with real estates, which has successfully set up British-Ukrainian business relations. The head of local soviet Romanyshin and the head of local state administration Svystun kindly provided the explanation of some aspects of the Ukrainian tourism and recreation.

The main questions of the meeting touched the investment attractiveness of Ukraine, favorable atmosphere for the foreign investors, the priorities and plans of the development of the Skoliv area, growth and spreading of its infrastructure. At the meeting “UAProperty” presented the perspective project of building of the hotel complex of apartment type in the famous Ukrainian ski resort area near Slavsko in the village Volosyanka

– a community of 75 apartments and luxury leisure and spa centre, on a superb site with commanding views over the resort. On the mountain there are several stations, as the Upper Station of pare-seat lift. It is located on the top of the mountain and possesses a restaurant with the same name as the mountain has.

The official meeting lasted for about three hours and was definitely fruitful for both sides.

But this official conference was not the only reason why these professional journalists from the far away foggy Albion came to Ukraine. Mostly the people from “There” were watching our country through a narrow hollow that opened only the best sportsmen as Andriy Shevchenko, Vitaly Klichko or the winner at the International Song Contest Ruslana Lyzhichko. Nobody knew any facts about the national cuisine, tourism or the extremely beautiful nature of our lands. Nobody was interested in a deep and very rich history that now has valuable residues in every corner of our large country. Nobody knew that Ukraine has the second largest territory in Europe and has probably the largest heart. That is why the representatives of the most informative and useful profession in Great Britain had a wonderful mission to get to know more about our country and to deliver the impressions to their fellow-countrymen.

The representatives of the British mass media had a terrific trip through the history places of our perhaps the most mysterious and beautiful city – Lviv and got acquainted with its main treasures – as the ancient churches, museums, old city center, tasted the outstanding Lviv beer and mild coffee with fantastic fragrance and taste, and were admired by the beauty of the Western Ukrainian culture memorials as the National Opera Theater. They also admitted that they even didn’t expect the Ukrainian cuisine to be so delicious. Ha? No wonder!

All this left unforgettable memories in their minds and hearts, but who told that you can know the country visiting its cities? You have to go deeper. Into the life of simple people, into the region where the customs and traditions left in their priority – the village. The guests were a bit confused by the roads coming to our settlements. The impressions were increased when they were ridden to the village on the local armored troop-carrier. According to their words it was one of the most exciting trips in their life.

Ukraine opened a new face for the people who used to write about skiing somewhere in the extremely expensive Alpine ski resorts. Now they found a great combination of good service, high standard ski facilities and absolutely available prices in the ski resorts of Ukraine. As well the topic of the mentioned meeting touched the real possibilities of current Ukrainian resorts. One of those wonderful possibilities is a proposition of the project that was discussed.
