During last year benefit from leasing of real estate in Great Britain included about 13%.

According to the mortgage landing company Birmingham Midshiresan average cost of the property bought with future purpose to lease it for the last 12 months grew in 7.3% up to the point of 141 776 GBP (data are presented to the end of June).

At the same time the cost of renting payment grew in general in 5.5% and included 651 GBP per month, comparing to 623 GBP fixed in June of last year.

The best results were achieved by the renters from Northern Ireland - there benefit from leased property reached 36%. Then, with 17% comes Scotland. The third place is taken by South-Eastern country region - it has 14%.

The lowest benefit was observed in the Eastern Midlands - there it concluded less than 10%. In Birmingham Midshires opinion in future the owners of property to be leased will face lower rates of growing of their property. In general it is connected with growing of mortgage rates, not significant salary growing.
