The Cabinet of Ministers in Ukraine will review the finished law as for providing of the citizens with available accommodation.

It was reported by the Minister of regional development and building Vasyl Kuybida at the meeting as for the problems of building of the available Ukrainian property.

According to the words of Minister currently the law is being examined in the Ministries.

"In Ukraine there are 1.3 mln of families that need the improvement of conditions of the real estate in Ukraine" - vice-minister of the regional development and building Dmytro Isaenko admitted.

He also added that from 190 building projects already 72 from the available property in Ukraine are selected, and the Kharkiv region, Odesa region, Luhansk region were the mostly active.

As it was said earlier the Law "About building of the available accommodation" will be submitted to the Verkhovna Rada in May 2008.

The programme "Available accommodation" provides the non-repeat financial help for the citizen (the size can be about 30% from the cost of the property) for the primary contribution, and two thirds of the entire sum have to be paid by the customer.
